Jack Hao Belisle was a fun, feisty and loving 7-year-old with a heart of gold. He loved riding his bike, playing with his little brother, Mark, and swimming in his pool. Jack loved to draw and paint. And when he wasn’t doing that- he was busy building things with his Legos and magnet tiles. Pizza and Pepsi were Jack’s meal of choice, unless he was eating authentic Chinese food made by his grandma.
Jack loved school! He made friends with children of all ages at Edna Batey Elementary through the EXL after school program.
Jack was born in Riverside California where both of his parents studied and worked in UC Riverside’s Plant Pathology Department. Jack is survived by his loving mother, Wei Hao Belisle, his father, Rodger John Belisle, his 2-year-old brother, Mark Hao Belisle, his grandparents, Roger Belisle, Baoqing Hao, and Youqun Zhang, and his uncles, Joel Belisle and his wife Jennifer, Thomas Anderson and his wife Sue Baglieri, and Erik Anderson. Jack was predeceased by his grandmother, Elizabeth Belisle, who is watching over him now.
Jack left this earth unexpectedly on Thursday, July 25th. But he will always remain in the hearts of his countless friends and loving family.
