Jack Carroll

Funeral services for Jack Carroll, age 86 will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 28, 2023, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Mt. Olive Church of the Nazarene Cemetery. Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate.
Mr. Carroll was born June 12, 1936, in Wrightsville, Georgia. He was the son of the late Bennie and Alta Carter Carroll. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Avis Foskey Carroll, 5 brothers, Myrrel Carroll, James Carroll, Arnold Carroll, Huey Carroll, and Jimmie Carroll, and a sister, Gladys Foskey. He attended Dublin Church of God. He was a retired shift supervisor for Mohawk Industries. Mr. Carroll passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at his residence following a brief illness.
Mr. Carroll is survived by his 3 daughters, Margie (Roy) Moore of Scott, Teresa (Steve) Drew of Dublin, and Tammy (Buster) Johnson of Glennville, a sister, Christine Foskey of Warner Robins, 6 grandchildren, Regina (Chris) Marcus, Reggie Moore, Caleb Williams, Caitlee (Dylon Graham) Williams, Josh Johnson, and Mason Johnson.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Sumner, Davie Foskey, Floyd Foskey, Johnny Bayto, Monty Hester, and Keith Foskey.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, January 27, 2023, at the funeral home.
