Jack Clem Obituary

Jack was born to the late Lettie (Sergeant), and John Clem in Harlan, KY. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from L&N Railroad.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 53 years, Lorraine (Parnell) Clem; brothers, Donald and John Clem, and sister, Jean Newport.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, John Clem (Paula), Donald Clem, Jr. (Amber), Vicky Shutts, Pamela Legdesog (Dave), Patte Schamore (Denny), Shari Bailey (Tony), David Clem (Amy), Pat Richard (Carl), Jerry Parnell (Seretta), Mark Parnell (Dayna), and Alisa Reeder (Jeff); sisters-in-law , Mary Clem, and Betty Parnell, and many great-nieces, great-nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., followed by a 1:00 funeral Friday, November 21, 2025, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
