A Memorial Gathering to honor Jack Dean's life will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033.
Jack Dean passed away on April 16, 2025, in Alvarado, Texas, at the age of 66. Born on June 17, 1958, in Littlefield, Texas, Jack was a dedicated worker and family man.
Jack’s professional journey spanned 35 years as a furnace operator for Gerdau, where his commitment to his work was matched only by his willingness to assist those around him. He was a man known for his selflessness, often quoted as being the type to "give you the shirt off his back." His personality was marked by a stubbornness that endeared him to many; he never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone he encountered.
A passionate enthusiast of various sports and activities, Jack found joy in anything related to cars, golf, and fishing. He cherished moments spent outdoors and was particularly fond of his dogs, whose companionship brought him much happiness.
Jack was a good father whose love for his children was evident in all he did. He is survived by his son, Michael Boone and wife Jennifer; son Benji Dean and wife Krystal; daughter Amanda Singleton and husband Reggie; son Bryce Dean; and daughter Britany Dean. Jack was also a proud grandfather, leaving behind Jakob Boone, Lukas Boone, Hayden Dean, Addison Singleton, Riley Singleton, Arriat Singleton, Tatum Dean, and Konner Dean, who will carry on his legacy with fond memories.
He is also survived by his brother, Jeff Dean; and brothers Rodney Elliot and Allen Elliot; sister T.J. Moore; along with numerous friends and relatives.
Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jean Dean; father, Jackie Dean; mother, Amelia Wright; son, Jared; and his cherished dog, Rango.
Jack Dean will be fondly remembered for his generous spirit, fierce loyalty, and unyielding love for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.
