HOTT, Jack- of Chesaning, formerly of Flushing, age 74, died peacefully Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at his residence surrounded by family. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held from 1PM until 5PM Saturday, August 27, 2022, at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Eagles Post #4090.
Jack was born March 25, 1948, in Flint, to the late Delmar and Gwendolyn (Hill) Hott. He worked for Buick as a factory worker for 35 years prior to retirement and was a member of The Moose Club and Eagles Club #4090. On January 3, 2000, Jack married Pat Wyman in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Jack loved to be outdoors traveling, keeping up with yard work, and relaxing on the front porch swing. He found joy in fixing up cars and fishing in his spare time. Jack loved his family and was very proud of his children. He was known for his good sense of humor and keeping a smile on his face. Above all, Jack was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Jack is forever loved by his wife of 22 years, Pat; Children: Annette McDonald, Jack Bryan (Janel) Hott, Vincent (Marcia) Vuketich, and Tonya (Ron) Brasseur; Grandchildren: Duane Vernier, Trevor McDonald, Alexis Hott and husband, Dylan Hott, Jacqueline (James) Mahla, Vincent Vuketich II, Chelsea Brasseur, and Noah Brasseur; Great-grandchildren: Liam Mahla, Avery Mahla, Jacksen Mahla, Jolynn Mahla, and Farrah Vernier; Siblings: Karen (Mike) Harbough, Beverly Bloss and husband, and Ruth Brakoniecki and husband.
