We offer our sympathy to the family. Back in the day we were goof friends with Jack the son and spent a lot of time at their house by the Moline airport. Mr. Ide, as we called adults then, was always welcoming and great to be with. We loved his spirit and friendship. Sorry he's gone, but glad for the time together.
