Jack Jallo Obituary
He was born March 14, 1943, Chicago, to Louis Jallo and Katherine (Bylinowski) Markowski.
On December 28, 1992, in La Porte, he married Barbara Ann Bielawski who preceded him in death.
Jack loved the outdoors and found enjoyment in hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He was also a huge Chicago Bears and White Sox fan.
Jack is survived by his daughters, Michele Jallo and Kristine (John) Vetroczky; two step-sons, Joseph and Jeffrey Bielawski; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial mass will take place at 11 a.m., Monday, March 9, 2026 at Holy Family Parish - Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 Bach St, La Porte, IN 46350, with Father Nate Edquist officiating. Public visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. A private burial will take place at St. Michael Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Lakeview Funeral Home and Crematory, 247 W. Johnson Rd., La Porte, (219) 362-3100 is caring for the arrangements.
