I´m at a loss for words. Jack was a great man. We grew up together in the East 185th neighborhood. I helped at the flower shop occasionally. I started working on the railroad in `74 and began traveling quite a bit. We didn´t get to see one another as much as we´d like too. When we did get together it was a blast. Reminiscing about all the good times we shared growing up. Jack loved his family and his beloved wife Karen. May you rest in peace my dear friend. The world lost a great one.

Sending my deepest sympathies at this time of sadness. Jack was a great and kind man. I will remember the good times of swimming lessons with our oldest daughters. Being the maid of honor in their wedding. And the kindness at our time of sadness when my dad passed. Sending love to his family.

Bless the Jerse Family!
I worked for his father as a floral designer moving from another shop. Jack was always around and, since it has
been so long and I don't remember, I took my trade to
Forget Me Not and passed on what I knew. He and his father were a joy to work for. We are/were the same age and I pass along my condolences to his family.

His memory will long live on as a unique friend of myself and our family. He coached me in Little League and was a perfect role model for decency.
Always generous with his time and grace. We enjoyed our childhood in E. 185th as our home was the hangout for many. His Black 442 car was always the coolest and always clean I recall. Although we did t talk as often as we both would have liked, when we connected it was always pleasant and bringing up funny stories of the cast of characters we knew.
I absolutely know he is with Karen in heaven. He is back to the love of his love and has peace. Good Bless him, his daughters, family, and his friends. We all held him in high regard and the love he gave us being returned 100 Fold by God in the heavens. Bye Jackie- Love you.- John Kotarski
