I had the privilege of being Jack's graduate assistant in the spring of 1983 while attending UWF. He was wonderful, warm and inspiring! Always made us laugh. One time I remember him sharing with me that he was a little "spacy" because he volunteered to be hypnotized 3 times that day as part of his teaching. That was Jack! And knowing that I was getting by on a shoestring budget that didn't allow for decent food most days, he invited me to his home one Sunday to enjoy a fabulous southern meal with ham and homemade mac & cheese, among many other delights. Thank you Lynn for your hospitality and great cooking that day! I never forgot your generosity, or the time I spent with your husband.

What a wonderful man. We shared many stories of our lives in Kentucky and he was an inspiration to the profession. I never stopped learning from him. Much Love
