Jack "Jacky" Monroe Lane passed away December 25, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence after a sudden illness. He was 58 years old.
Jacky was born in Bennettsville, SC on January 8, 1966, to the late John McMillan and Annie Ruth Quick Lane. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church. He was a Machine Operator with INA Bearing. He enjoyed hunting, Chevrolets, Hot Rods, being behind the wheel of a car, spending time outdoors, arrowhead hunting. He loved to coach baseball, being a goofball, playing his guitar, listening to music, and cheering for his Clemson Tigers. Most importantly he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and girlfriend Michelle.
He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory; girlfriend, Michelle Wallace; sons, Griffin Lane (Demi) and Ty Lane; stepson, Dylan Brown; daughter, McKenna Lane; brother, Johnny Mac Lane; sister, JoAnn Hanke; grandchildren, Wyatt Lane, Westyn Lane, and Madilynn McPherson; a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents listed above; uncle's, Buddy Lane and Al Lane; niece, Nina Hanke, and nephew, Brad Lane.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 3pm on January 5, 2025, at Salem Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm just prior to the service at the Church.
***The family requests that all flowers be pot plants and sent to the church for the service.***
