Jack B. McLeod Jr.

Jack B. McLeod Jr., age 66, a resident of Troy, AL, died Thursday, November 20, 2025 at his home. Funeral services for Mr. McLeod will be held Monday, November 24, 2025 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Earnest Green and Bro. Marshall LeCroy officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 24, 2025 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. McLeod was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a man of many interests and was one of the few people who got to do what they loved. He loved painting and spent over 40 years painting and loved it every day. He also loved his hummingbirds. He did his best to make sure the hummingbirds knew that Jack McLeod always had food for them. But above all he loved his family and cherished his time with them. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Mr. McLeod is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathy McLeod; grandchildren: Adarius McCord (Brittany Brown), Justin McCord (Kyra), and Michael McCord (Tabitha); great grandchildren: Miles McCord, Bryson McCord and Blakely McCord; mother, Hassie Dominey; aunt, Rosie Dease; as well as several nieces.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Hope McLeod; sisters: Faye Partridge (Kerrie) and Carol Sanders; and nephew Kerrie Partridge Jr.
