Jack Delbert Smith passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 7, 2025, at the age of 68. He was born on August 17, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio. He battled multiple health conditions and physical disability and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rose Marie and Curtis Delbert Smith; his sisters Susie and Sandy, along with other friends and family.
He was a devoted husband to Cynthia Smith and a loving stepfather to Maria Leah Danja, Laila Vernadette, Riche Eunice, and Hannah Mitzi. He was also a caring grandfather to his grandchildren. Known for his sense of humor and for being outspoken about his opinions. He found joy in watching Cleveland Browns games and TV shows, solving puzzles every summer, and playing mobile games.
Jack is survived by his wife, Cynthia Smith; stepchildren, Danja, Laila, Eunice, and Hannah; brother Dale Smith; nieces and nephews; and grandchildren.
A private viewing with immediate family and friends will be held at Adams Mason Funeral Home on December 12, 2025, at 11am. Cremation will follow. There will be a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life at The Chapel Life on the same day (12/12/25) at 12:30pm.
