Jack Underwood Obituary
Jack was born January 9, 1953 in Pikeville, TN to parents Muriel Lloyd and Mary Jean Matthews Underwood. After finishing high school he began work at Chattanooga Bakery and later drove a food catering truck. He loved sporting around in his Jeep and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Survivors include mother, Mary Cornell, sister, Marilyn Boatner(Rafe), niece, Gina Crow(Randy), nephew, Creed Crow, bonus daughter, Shannon Ellis(Jason), bonus grandchildren, Dakota Ellis, Jaselynn Ellis, longtime friend and caregiver, Russell Langston, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Muriel Underwood and bonus grandchild, Hunter Ellis.
