I believe I was one of his first patients on peach street ...
I just learned he had passed.
He is kind and patient
He always had time for me when he would see me out in the world as a kid and an adult - he remembered his patients long after they were patients...
I am so sorry for his family´s loss -

In the past year we have often thought fondly of both Jack and Heidi. We are so glad that they visited with us in Florida two years ago. Jim and Karen Dunn (Bend, Oregon)

Dave - My condolences to you and your family on your loss. Dr. Utley helped create many beautiful smiles, including mine and my sisters! In my senior year in high school, knowing that I didn't care for my metal braces, he offered me clear braces in exchange for my tips on improving his flip turns. What a great guy!

Thank you to my "hero" Dr. Utley for making me WANT to smile. You touched my life briefly, but impactfully. You were truly a man amongst men...

Dr. Utley was my orthodontist for 10+ years. I was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and he played a pivotal role throughout my intensive orthodontic journey. The optimistic energy and care level he provided was truly special. From the comforting office culture he created to caddying and playing golf with him at Kahkwa ($5 per birdie) - everything about him was selfless. I'll be forever grateful for the service he provided and for his friendship.

Your parents were so sweet, they loved to talk about you and your family. Tim and Jack worked closely together, referring patients to each other. Our two grown children went to your Dad!
They enjoyed their visits to his office!!!!
God Bless you and your family and always keep those precious memories of your Mom and Dad close to your heart

We were so sorry to hear of dr. Utley's passing. He gave our two children, meredith and Jordan, beautiful smiles. Dr. Utley was a great man. He had such an upbeat personality. Our kids always thought he was so cool. I'll never forget, after we moved out of the erie area, he knew our daughter was in college, so he sent her a huge tin of popcorn. What an unexpected surprise, but that was Dr. Utley! You all have our deepest sympathy.

I am a first cousin of Heidi, and there are no superlatives that can be added to her life story with Jack. He was just a kind, considerate, unassuming, gracious family man, dentist to countless children including our two(2) daughters and athlete as illustrated. Jack and Heidi both have a place in God´s heavenly kingdom. Amen.

My most heartfelt condolences for Jack's family on his passing. I have the fondest of memories regarding Jack from my cycling days back in the 1980s and 90s. One of my most significant honors back in that time was being hired by Jack to coach his cycling program as he trained for the Ironman Triathlon. He had a big heart and mentored me through some tough times back then, and I'm extremely grateful for knowing him. May he find comfort in Christ's presence.

Dr. Utley was a wonderful human being. He was welcoming, kind, thoughtful, and always the consummate professional. May his warmth and good-nature live on in the patients who were fortunate to have been treated by him. ...My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

I was an assistant professional at The Kahkwa Club a number of years ago. I was over from Ireland for a few years and Doc Utley and Heidi invited me over to their lovely house for dinner on a number of occasions.
What a wonderful man, condolences to the Utley family.

I used to make M&M Flurries for Dr. Utley at Creamland. He was always so sweet and polite. It was a pleasure to wit on him. I no longer work there, but he crossed my mind, often. His passing makes me sad and I am soo sorry.
