Jackie "Jack" Lee Vandergriff, 78, of Winter Haven, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Winter Haven Hospital.

Born on January 21, 1947, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Grant and Gertrude Goins Vandergriff, Jack brought joy and warmth to all who knew him. Over 40 years ago, he made Winter Haven his home, leaving behind his roots in the Chattanooga area.

Jack was a man of many talents, dedicating his life to painting, maintenance work, and entertaining others as a beloved karaoke performer, where his vibrant spirit shone brightly. His passion for music and connection with others left a lasting impression on his community.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Grant and Gertrude Vandergriff, and his sister, Sue Quinn. Jack leaves behind a cherished legacy through his surviving family: his son, Brian Vandergriff, and his wife, April, of Rossville, Georgia; his daughters, Emilee Teems and her husband, Michael, of Ringgold, Georgia, and Angela Burns of Chickamauga, Georgia; his sisters, JoAnn Williams and Cookie Veach; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and his longtime girlfriend, Mary, all of whom will forever hold his memory close.

Jack's kindness, humor, and love for life will live on in the hearts of those he touched. He has gone home to be with the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
