Jackie Ray (Jack) Collins-age 79 of Maynardville, born November 7, 1945 went home to be with the Lord Friday, August 29, 2025 at North Knoxville Medical Center. He was a member of Warwick's Chapel Baptist Church; U. S. Army Veteran; Retired employee of Greyhound. Preceded in death by Reverend Conley Austin Collins and Margaret Lillian (Thomas) Collins; brothers, John, Jerry and Robert Collins; sisters, Shirley Collins, Mary Rose Tolliver; Gaynell Cox, Nancy Carter; niece, Temeriah Collins.

Survivors: son, John and wife, Angela; granddaughter, Courtney Collins; Siblings, Paul and Jean Ann Collins; Bill and Emma Collins; Dale Collins; Anne and Larry Walker, Phil and Chantay Collins, Benny Collins, Shelia and Kenny Mason; Renee and Loren Davis. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Special friend, Judy Omos.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2025 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Rev. Stewart Skeen officiating with music by Rev. Richard and Linda Nicley. Interment 1 p.m. Wednesday, Skaggs Cemetery, Maynardville. Pallbearers: Andy Collins, Dakota Collins, Austin Hickman, C.J. Collins, Isaac Collins and brothers, Paul, Bill, Dale, Phil and Benny Collins. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
