Jackie Marie Ladner

Jackie Marie Ladner passed away at the age of 84 on May 12, 2023, after a sudden decline in health.

Although she was a native of the community of Success, MS, Jackie resided in Kiln, MS. It was in Kiln, MS that Jackie had established a successful dairy farm in conjunction with her husband for 34 years until retirement. Jackie was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and friend that was known for her selfless acts, witty humor, and cheerful personality. Her love was unconditional and her faith in God was strong. Most of her time was committed to raising and teaching her daughters and grandchildren the ways of life and the word of God. She also enjoyed cheering on the Saints, vacations in the Smoky Mountains, being surrounded by family, ice cream cones, making others laugh, shopping, and watching western television shows.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jarvis Ladner; her daughters, Doris and Tammy Ladner; her brother, Johnny Jones; her mother, Helen Jones; and her father, Dennis Jones.

Jackie is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Ladner and husband Shawn Ladner of Kiln, MS; her granddaughters, Raven Necaise of Kiln, MS, Anne Marie Kuhn of Kiln, MS, Mindy Clark and husband Gary Clark of Gulfport, MS, and Lauryn Walton and husband Sebastian Walton of Pass Christian, MS; her great-grandchildren, Alexis Spiers, Lainey Clark, Ricky Walton, and Elijah Walton; her brothers, Dale Jones and his wife Martha and Randy Jones and his wife Gracie; her nephew, Eric Jones and family; her niece, Marcie Shoemaker and family; the Ladner family; and many other nieces and nephews.

On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, a visitation service will be provided from 6:00-8:00 PM at Riemann Family Funeral Home located at 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39571. Funeral services will then be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian. Interment will follow at Standard Sandhill Cemetery located on Standard Cemetery Rd., Pass Christian, MS 39556.
