Jackie Phinney, born Jackie Tierney, age 64, of Rochester, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She was surrounded by the love of her family and many others who cared for her deeply in the days leading up to her passing.
Jackie was a woman whose heart overflowed with love, kindness, and quiet strength. She found joy in life’s simplest moments and had a beautiful gift for turning nothing into something- transforming even ordinary days into memories filled with warmth and meaning. Her laughter, her comforting presence, and her ability to make everyone feel seen and loved will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
She devoted her life to her family, who were her greatest pride and joy. Jackie is survived by her beloved children Danielle, Jillian and her husband Keith, Justin, Laurel and her husband Fitzpatrick, Delaney and her fiancé Jakob, Tremaine and his fiancé Rachel , Amber and her fiancé Harrison, and Jesse. She also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren Micah, Levi, Brogan, Kiara, Alijah, Kenley, Treyson, Ayven, Atlas, Avayah, Briar, and Kaylani, each of whom brought immense light and happiness into her life. She was preceded in death by her cherished granddaughter Amaya.
Jackie’s love was unconditional and her spirit unwavering. She gave selflessly, cared deeply, and built a life filled with love, laughter, and meaning.
Although she is gone, her spirit will live on- in her children, her grandchildren, and in all the lives she touched. Her love and light will continue to guide those who were blessed to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to the GoFundMe account made in her memory. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life in Honor of Jackie and will share with friends and family the details of the future celebration.
