Jackson Heck, 24, of Webster City died Sunday, January 25, 2026. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with visitation from 1:00 pm until the service.
Jackson Emery Heck, son of Donald Allyn Heck and Heidi Ann (Rosenbaum) Heck, was born on December 31, 2001 in Ames. He graduated from Webster City High School in 2020. Jackson had worked at Subway, Hagie Manufacturing and most recently at Mertz Engineering. He enjoyed working on cars, gaming and fishing.
He is survived by his father, Donald Heck of Stratford; mother, Heidi Heck of Webster City; brother, Cayden Heck of Stratford; grandfather, Don Heck of Omaha, NE; grandmother, Virginia Rosenbaum of Stratford; aunts, Dianna (Jeff) Zaleski, Jennifer (John) Glazer, Dawn (Bo) Hiatt all of Omaha, NE; uncles, Shawn Rosenbaum of Omaha, NE, Ramon Torres of St. Paul, MN along with several cousins and extended family members.
Jackson was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Rosenbaum; grandmother, Jane Moser Diesen and uncle, Scott Rosenbaum.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his family.
