1939 – 2026
Maysville, Missouri……Jacky Thornton Hardman, age 86, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026. Born on October 23, 1939, in Kansas City, Missouri, Jacky was the beloved son of Thornton and Anna (Darr) Hardman.
Jacky found joy in life's simple pleasures. He especially loved Friday nights spent dancing at the June Conley Building, where he found joy, laughter, and good company. He could often be seen riding his trike around town, sharing smiles and friendly waves with those he met. Above all, Jacky held a deep faith and was a devoted believer in Jesus Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is lovingly remembered by his five children, Faith (Brian) Hunt, Russell (Dana) Hardman, Ron (Hazel) Hardman, Hope (James) Windmiller, and Adam Hardman; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
No services are scheduled at this time.
