Jaclyn M. Gallagher

Jaclyn M. Gallagher 32, of Hasbrouck Heights formerly of Woodcliff Lake passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025. Jaclyn received her Bachelors Degree from Montclair State University and her Masters Degree from Fordham University. She was a pre-school teacher in Ridgewood. Jaclyn is survived by her mother Erin Uriarte, her beloved brother Thomas John Gallagher, her stepfather Marcus Uriarte, her maternal grandmother Barbara Moore and was predeceased by her maternal grandfather John Moore and her paternal grandparents Margaret and James Gallagher. Jaclyn is also survived by her many cousins, Patrice O'Malley and friends.

Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday, December 9th from 1 - 1:30 PM at St. Paul's R.C. Church 200 Wyckoff Avenue in Ramsey. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 1:30 PM. Private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center 633 3rd Avenue, 5th Floor, N.Y., N.Y. 10017 for Breast Cancer Research in Jaclyn's memory would be appreciated. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
