Born on August 23, 2004 in Punxsutawney, he was the son of Tonjia Testut.

His survivors include his brothers, Adam, Tyler and Zach; his sister, Brittany; his friends, Aden, Jake, Ori, Jake, Kolton, Johnny, Keegan and Logan; and his Beloved dog, Baby Girl.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by Dexter the Pug.

A "Celebration of Life" in Jacobs's memory will be held at a later date, contact Tyler for details.

Interment will be at Smicksburg Cemetery, Indiana County.
