Jacob J. Sena

Jacob J. Sena, 26, a resident of Las Vegas, NM, was called home to rest on August, 17, 2023.Jacob was born in Las Vegas, NM to Joseph M. Sena and Lisa M. St.Pierre. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph. Survived by his Mother Lisa; two sisters Ashley A. Chavez and Felicia I. St. Pierre; Cousin Sumner Baca; Nieces Nevaeh and Kelsey Branch, and Alliyah Trujillo; Nephew Noah Chavez.
Jacob was a loving, sweet, generous, and compassionate person. Honest with moral principles, a young man full of life. He was so funny and such a jokester, he had a smile and laugh that was undeniably infectious. He wanted everyone around him to smile, laugh and to have a good time because time isn't promised. Although he had a charismatic personality, he was also very serious and did not allow foolishness or disrespect, especially to women. Jacob believed you give respect to receive more respect. He was a reliable young man, if you needed him he would have been there, no questions asked.
Jacob enjoyed drawing, reading, attending music festivals, having a beer with his friends, and cooking. His goal was to start culinary school and open a food truck. He used to "Chef it up" in the kitchen. He loved authentic New Mexican food and wanted to share it with other cultures. His life was taken too soon, and he will be missed by so many.
We love you, Jacob. May your soul be at peace.
Rosary/ viewing service will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Rogers Mortuary Chapel in Las Vegas, New Mexico.
Cremation has been scheduled. No other services at this time.
