Ja'Coby departed his earthly home with the Love of his Life, Jamariyah Thomas.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Albert Ruggs, Sr.; his uncle,
Samuel Nicholson; his aunt, April Ruggs; his cousin, Major Sneed; and his close
friends: Larry Glenn and Ricky Glenn.
Ja'Coby leaves to cherish his loving memories, two queens: Kailee Ruggs and
JaBraylee Ruggs; one king, Ja'Coby Ruggs, Jr.; his parents: Tamekia (Willis)
Ruggs-Reed, Howard Miles and a bonus dad, Jody Scruggs; two sisters: Ja'Qual
Miles and Ja'Niya Ruggs; four brothers: Howard Miles, III, Thomas Miles,
Ladarius Miles and Ladariah Miles; devoted grandparents: Lawrence (Earldine)
Gable, Johnny (Louise) Reed, Sr., Laureen Talib and Howard Miles, Sr.; one niece,
Jalasia McGaskin; one nephew, Jaliyl Reed; eight aunts: Claudette Nicholson,
Taishiera Arreaga, Najah Miles, Kimberly Davis, Jamillah Talib, Carlean
Robinson, Longette Quinney and Auretha Ladd; eight uncles: Albert (Shaunda)
Ruggs, Jr., Kendrick Davis, Joseph Smith, Lewis Snipes, Johnny (Tammy) Reed,
Jr., Rufus Tucker, Warren Scruggs and Timothy (Angela) Reed, Sr.; eleven first
cousins: Darion Sneed, Henry Brown, Allayia Brown, Jalen Brown, Albert Ruggs,
III, Tyleshia Williams, Eric Williams, Tevin Williams, Kaylyn Wiley, Jacorrien
Brown and Tijuan Arreaga along with a host of other cousins, relatives and
friends.
