Jacqueline A. Allen, born as Arnisher Allen on September 20, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Robert T. Allen Sr., and Annie J. Allen. Jacqueline was the oldest of six children: Roberta, Lorraine, Barbara, Robert Jr., and Bennie.
Jacqueline accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a devoted member of Glenville Present Truth SDA Church, until the Lord called her home on April 19, 2023, at 6:26 PM.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her mother, Annie J. Allen, and father, Robert T. Allen Sr.; sisters, Lorraine Norwood, Barbara Allen-Wilson, and Bennie Allen; and brother, Robert T. Allen Jr.
Jacqueline is survived by and was a devoted mother of Teresa Smith (Sam), Shelah Smith (Russ), Wanda Smith-Boston (Anthony), Richard Smith III (Jackie (Deceased), Suyin Smith, Natia Moore-Roberts (Larry), Dennis Moore, and Demetrius Allen. Cherished grandmother of Tracy, Carlos, Henry, Ivan, Daymion, Jacklyne, Jazman, Jalissa, JaToya, Le'Andre, Anthony Jr., Ashley, T'Niya, Nasir, Joshua, Camay, A'Lexia, and Dennis Jr. Treasured great grandmother of Judah, Tara, Elisha, Jahari, Nyhrie, Bryce, Carlos Jr., Jai'Onte, Jai'Lynn, Jai'Onna, Jonathan, Cortez, Cortnei, Loriana, Chaise, Chance, Khyle, Kaden, Amirr, Asaiah, Royale, Damani, Lennox, A'Zharia, and Trevian (Deceased). Dear sister of Roberta Lueken. Loving aunt to a host of nieces and nephews. Loved by many friends near and far.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, for viewing from 11 to 11:30 a.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
