Jacqueline Marie Beasley, 80, of Ladson, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, March 13, 2026.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Parks Funeral Home in Summerville, South Carolina. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Parks Funeral Home. Interment will follow the funeral service at Plantation Memorial Gardens in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Pallbearers for the service will be her grandsons, Nathaniel Beasley, Ryan Smith, Brandon Smith, Joshua Franklin, Skylar Beasley, and Ryan Dorsey. A reception will follow the interment at Deer Park Baptist Church in North Charleston, South Carolina, in the fellowship hall.

Jackie was born in Genoa, Italy, on July 12, 1945, to Alfred and Madeleine Donohue. She immigrated to the United States at the age of four and settled with her family in Oakland, California, where she grew up.

Jackie dedicated more than 50 years of her life working as a childcare provider, caring for and nurturing countless children. She was the matriarch of the Beasley family and was known for her loving heart, strong spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Jackie enjoyed gardening and had a special love for her beloved pets.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Denise Blocker. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Eddie J. Beasley; her children Richard Beasley (Jean), Chantal Smith (Rick), Nicole Beasley Franklin (David Whittaker), and Matthew Beasley (Trinity); and her grandchildren Nathaniel Beasley, Jessica Arnold (Corey), Ryan Smith (Sandra), Brandon Smith, Abigail Barnes (Shawn), Joshua Franklin, Skylar Beasley, Rylan Dorsey, and Lucinda Beasley. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Jace Arnold, Grant Arnold, Iain Arnold, Oliver Beasley, Luca Barnes, and Nicolas Smith. She is further survived by her brothers and sisters, Gabriel Donohue (Michele), Lucian Donohue, Kirk Giordano (Peggi), Chantal Giordano, and Louise Vasquez (Joseph), her best friends Donna Schooley and Connie Rodriguez, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jackie's love, kindness, and dedication to her family will be remembered by all who knew her.
