Jacqueline Burns, 73, of Export, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. She was born in West Deer Township on Feb. 26, 1953, the daughter of James and Mary (Callen) Jones. Jacqueline and her husband were the owners of Keystone Kennels. Jacqueline was a sitting board member of the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association. She enjoyed dog shows, traveling, and shopping, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jacqueline was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Burns; and siblings, Janet Norris, Etta Stollenwerk, and Daniel Jones. Jacqueline will be dearly missed by her children, Lorrin (Daniel) Streepy of Monroeville, Meghan (Jason) Whalen of Greensburg, and Ryan (Brittney Love) Burns of Export; as well as many nieces and nephews. Jacqueline was a proud grandmother to her four grandchildren, Quinn and Parker Whalen and Noah and Blair Streepy, whom she cared for deeply. Family and friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, as well as from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, followed by a service for Jacqueline at 6 p.m. on Monday at VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Dr., Delmont (724-468-1177).
