She was preceded in death by her husband James V McGuffey with whom she had two children: James (Deb) and Sharon (Julie). She had four grandchildren: Kevin, Bradley, Christopher and Samantha and six great grandchildren, Hailee, Kendall, Deklan, Anthony, Emma, and Olivia. She was preceded in death by her brother Milton Butts, her sister Phyliss (Peach) Peters and her brother George Butts Jr and she is survived by her sister Georgia Palermo, and brother David Butts.
Jackie was also preceded in death by her fiancé Keith Richardson.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 From 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. at Cappetta's West Suburban Funeral Home, 4920 Main St., Downers Grove, IL 60515. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a future date at Naperville Cemetery in Naperville, IL.
