Jacqueline "Jackie" Lorraine (Hughes) Eisert, age 85, of Erie, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at UPMC Hamot.
Born in Falls Creek, PA on September 28, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Victor W. Hughes and Ruby V. (Wingrove) Hughes Szymanek.
Jackie enjoyed cooking, gardening, and always grew beautiful indoor plants. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Donald E. Eisert, Richard A. Eisert (Dawn), and Jason M. Eisert; her daughter, Tammy L. Lassman (Brian); her grandchildren, Mandy, Tyler, Lilly, and Halie, and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Ann Eisert; her brother, Wayne Hughes; her companion, Donald Wargo, and her step father, Theodore Szymanek.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
