Carolyn Eisert

Carolyn Mae Streiff Eisert, loving wife, mother, grandma, great grandma and friend, returned home to her Heavenly Father and to reunite with the love of her life and Eternal Companion, on May 19, 2025 in Farmington, Utah. She was born July 25, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Roy and Inell Streiff. She married her High School sweetheart and love of her life Lothar on August 12,1961. They were later Sealed for Time and all Eternity in the Cardston, Alberta Temple.

She was a talented cake decorator and made many birthday and wedding cakes. She taught cake decorating at Midvale community night school. She enjoyed making and decorating gingerbread houses with her family at Christmas time. She worked at CRC Construction for 28 years, which she truly enjoyed. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings including the Jordan River Temple. She enjoyed working with Lothar in scouting and little league sports. She loved quilting and crocheting and sharing it with her family. Her family was everything to her, nothing delighted her more than spending time with them. She was always so loving and kind to everyone. She lead by example and was always willing and ready to help whoever needed it. She was always willing to give all she had and was the true strength of our family.

She is survived by Four Sons Robert (Renee), Gary (Teresa), Keith (Sandee), Brent (Robin), 24 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, Brothers David(Ede), Paul(Pat), Richard(Bonnie). She is Preceded in death by Husband Lothar Eisert, Parents Roy and Inell Streiff, Grandson Kyle Lothar Eisert.
