Jacqueline "Jackie" (Monty) Cloutier (also known to many as Memere) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, April 14, 2024. A cherished mother, grandmother, wife, and friend, Jackie left a lasting impression on everyone she met with her vibrant personality and infectious joy. She was a beacon of light in her community, a force of nature known for her feisty spirit and sharp wit that brought laughter and warmth to any room.
Jackie is survived by her two daughters, Laura Dunlavey and Lorraine Neofotistos. She was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored deeply. She is preceded in death by her parents and eight siblings, as well as her beloved husband of 59 years, Robert Cloutier. With a heart overflowing with love for her family, Jackie danced through life with a rhythm that was uniquely her own. She could belt out a tune, kick off a dance party out of nowhere, and make even the most mundane moments feel like a celebration.
Her legacy of love, laughter, and music will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Jackie's life will be celebrated in a manner befitting her spirited personality. She will be greatly missed, but her joyous and youthful spirit will forever be a guiding light for her loved ones.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jackie’s Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Monday, April 22nd from 10:00am until 12:00pm followed by her Funeral Service at 12:45pm at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, 96 Riverneck Rd., Chelmsford.
