Jacqueline Fortville Renea Leonard Jacqueline "Jacki" Renea Leonard, 56, of Fortville, passed away on May 16, 2025, following a long illness. Born June 16, 1968, in Anderson, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Gene Tuck and Linda Johnson.

Jacki is survived by her loving husband of nearly 23 years, David Leonard; her sons, Benjamin Spangler of Pendleton and Jonathon Leonard of Fortville; and her siblings, Joani (Matt) Jenkins of Fortville and Jason Tuck of Pendleton. She is also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Nikki (Zach) Scruggs Sterrett, Ashley (Chris) Sanders, M. Sean Middleton, Abagael Jenkins, and Phoenix Hull.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Julie Middleton.

A graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, Jacki was a talented cook who took great joy in preparing meals for her family and community gatherings. In her healthier years, she loved gardening and traveling, especially family vacations to Disney World, Florida beaches, and annual birthday trips to the Lake of the Ozarks. She and Dave shared a passion for music and traveled to concerts across the country, with the Rolling Stones being a favorite.

Jacki had a warm, outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She cherished time spent with friends, engaging conversations, and her favorite TV shows. Her loyal Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sassy, was her constant and beloved companion.

A private family interment will take place at a later date.
