Wade Funeral Home & Crematory - ArlingtonJacqueline Dawn Matczynski (Stubbings) passed away on December 11, 2025. She was a devoted and loving mother to John (Brianna), Christine, and Michele (Gentry), and a proud grandmother to Sophia, Gentry, and Scarlett. Her love for her children and grandchildren was immeasurable and evident in everything she did. She is also survived by her sister, Joylynn (David), and her mother, Carol (Mac).
Jacqueline dedicated 25 years of her life to working at Applebee’s, where she touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness. She had a rare gift for lighting up a room the moment she walked in, always able to make others laugh and feel deeply loved.
Born in Alaska, Jacqueline spent most of her life in Ohio before moving to Texas nearly ten years ago to be closer to her children—a decision rooted in her unwavering devotion to family.
She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. The world has lost a truly beautiful soul.
