Petrocelli, Jacqueline "Jackie" (née Lucas)
Beloved wife of Frank, Devoted mother of Mary (Michelle) Petrocelli and Anna (Brandon) Petrocelli. Adoring Nonna of Gabriel Petrocelli-Roseman. Loving sister of Ruth Baynori (Jim), Mary Ann Bell (Rick), Tim (Kristen) Lucas, and Jim (Jenny) Lucas. Preceded in death by her parents, Mary (née Lovelace) and Jack Lucas, and sister Melanie Lucas and nephew Jason Daugherty. Daughter in law of late Janet (née Cruse) and Frank Petrocelli Sr. Sister-in-law of Lisa Edwards (Walt), Tony (Kim) Petrocelli, and Kevin (Jenna) Petrocelli.
Jackie is lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews, adopted children, and every other person who had the privilege to meet her. She never met a stranger and was always good for a laugh, and a dessert that could only taste that good if she was the one who made it. She was an emergency room nurse for over 20 years, and in recent years spent her time working her passions at JoAnn Fabrics and then at selection.com. Jackie was known for her cooking, as well as her arts and crafts. She spent many hours doing any and all art projects with her beloved Gabriel, whom she spoiled absolutely rotten. She devoted her life to helping and caring for every single person she met.
Jackie passed away early in the morning on September 18th, 2023, at the age of 59, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 25th, from 5-8pm at Neidhard-Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Ave, Mt.Healthy. Memorial service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, September 26th.
