Jaqueline Charlotte Tonti (née Forney) passed away on November 28, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late James Maurice Tonti, with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage. Jaqueline was the cherished daughter of the late Robert E. Forney Jr. and Mary Forney (née Christopher), and the loving sister of the late Robert E. Forney III. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Tracey Stuart Tonti.
A graduate of Parkville High School, Jaqueline began her career at Black and Decker immediately after graduation and remained there for 40 years, serving with distinction as a Human Resources Manager. She was a trailblazer for women in the workforce—kind, intelligent, and deeply committed to mentoring others. An avid reader, she found joy in books throughout her life.
A private interment will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
