Jacqueline Sue Walton

Jacqueline Sue Walton, age 87, of Blue Eye, Missouri, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Point Lookout Nursing and Rehabilitation. Jacqueline was born to Jack Helmick and Vida Helmick on October 1, 1938 in Decatur, IL. Jacqueline was united in marriage to Larry Walton on August 3, 1958 in Springfield, MO.

Jacqueline was a CPA and had a partnership Walton Weston & Weston in Springfield, MO. She loved to volununteer at the Price Cutter Golf Tournament and several other organizations in the community. She was a longtime member of the Ledgestone Ladies Golf Association.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her spouse, Larry Walton; father, Jack Helmick; mother, Vida Hendricks Helmick, three sons, Patrick Walton, Michael Walton and Christopher Walton. She is survived by her daughter Susan Walton of Blue Eye, MO., and two granddaughters, Campbell and Channing Walton.

A Celebration of Life for Jacqueline will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Tri-Lakes Humane Society – Reeds Spring, MO.
