With a profound sense of loss and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jacquelyn Ann Cotton on December 21, 2025, affectionately known as Jackie. Born in South Bend, Indiana on June 11, 1987, Jackie, embodied a spirit of love, melody, and unyielding dedication to her loved ones.

Jackie's passion for life was contagious, touching everyone she encountered. She was a manager at McDonald's, where she served her community with pride and dedication for several years. Her infectious laughter, radiant smile, and unwavering optimism made her a beloved figure to her colleagues and customers alike. Jackie was a lover of music, often filling the air with her beautiful singing, playing video games and cards. Her love for Tik-Tok brought a sense of fun and laughter to her life and those around her. However, the true joy of Jackie's life was her family, particularly her nieces and nephews, and her great-nieces and great-nephews whom she adored with all her heart. She was a beacon of love and warmth, forever cherishing the moments spent with her loved ones.

Jackie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Jeffrey Reid; her sisters Jacquese Winston, Sandra Boyd; her brothers Thomas Winston and Delshaune Cotton; her nieces Teriyah Gates, Taylor Hicks, Or'Lazia Winston, Jacaila Harges, Jacai Harges, and Praize Washington; her nephew Amari Winston, her great-nephew KaeJuan Grimes Jr., and great-nieces Taziyah Gates, and Rikky Parker. She also leaves behind her best friend Keia Abdullah and a host of family and friends.
