Jacquelyn Ann (Walbert) Rayer of Blacklick, Ohio went to be with the Lord on August 31, 2023 at the age of 73. She was born January 4, 1950 in Lehigh County, PA to parents Harvey Oscar Walbert and Mae Leah (Albright) Walbert. Jacquelyn graduated from Daniel Boone High School Class of 1967. She completed the Registered Nurse Program at Reading (PA) Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1970. She spent her career serving others through nursing and through nursing met her husband Richard Rayer in Fairbanks, AK. She was preceded in death by husband Richard Rayer, parents Harvey Oscar Walbert and Mae Leah (Albright) Walbert, sister Joanne (Walbert) Patterson. She is survived by siblings Keith Walbert and Janice (Walbert) Herring, son Jon Rayer, daughter-in-law Danielle (Sidwell) Rayer, and grandchildren Samantha and Landon Rayer.
The family is inviting friends and family for calling hours Thursday, September 14, 2023, 5:00 pm - 07:00 PM at Pfeifer Woodyard Funeral & Cremation Services, 7915 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Friends may also call one hour prior to the Funeral Services on Friday, September 15, 2023, 10:30 am at the East Side Grace Brethren Church in Blacklick, Ohio with Pastor Chip Heim officiating.
Burial will take place in the Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
