Jacques Petit Frere, Sr. was born on September 27, 1946, in Cap-Haitian and later moved to Jacksonville, Florida. He was married to Gloria Jean Jones for forty-nine beautiful years.
Jacques legacy lives on through his devoted wife, Gloria Jean Frere, and their beloved children, Jacques Frere, Jr. (Allegra), and Corey Frere (Traci); his granddaughters, Madison Frere and Jacey Frere; grandsons, Tecarri Abrams and Jacques Frere, III.
Jacques will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Services from the Heart are in the process of being completed by the Frere Family.

Mr. Frere was indeed a caring person and a great Union president at JTA. He will be missed.
