Jada Imari Reneau

Jada Imari Reneau passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 23. Jada accepted Christ and was baptized at Mt. Kingdom Missionary Baptist Church by Pastor Darrick Johnson on September 3, 2017. She graduated from Martin Luther King High School in 2020. Jada is survived by her parents, Deanice Scott-Thomas (Vincent) and Jason Reneau (Tiffany); siblings Vincent Thomas Jr., Jason Reneau Jr., Jaylynn Amari Reneau; grandparents Iola Scott and Byron Scott (Carey). Her great grandmother, Ethel Scott. Maternal uncles, Byron Scott Jr., and Kyron Scott. Her bonus grandparents James and Lovell (affectionately known as Nana) Mack. Paternal family Frank L. Reneau, Floyd Reneau (Diane), Francis Reneau, Margaret Therese Green (Ronald), Allison Samuel Reneau, Deborah Reneau Hall, Mark Reneau, and Kim Reneau. Also survived by a host of relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Polita Reneau. Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Monday, October 20, 2025, for 11:00 a.m. Mt. Kingdom Missionary Church, 3756 Johnny Jackson Blvd., New Orleans, LA. 70126.
