Jagdish Nathalal Shah embarked on his heavenly journey on July 11, 2024, leaving a legacy of love, faith, and wisdom. Born on December 1, 1942, in Vaherakhadi, Gujarat, India, Jagdish was a supportive pillar to his family, a smart businessman, a humble devotee, and a generous soul who lived a fulfilling life.
Jagdish was a man of faith. He found solace in the teachings of Hinduism and was a regular at the temple. In the words of the Bhagavad Gita, "Whatever happened, happened for the good. Whatever is happening, is happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good." Jagdish embodied these words in his life, always looking for the positive in every situation. He was also a family man, cherishing the time spent with his loved ones and taking pleasure in simple joys such as a leisurely walk.
Jagdish is survived by his children Gitaben (Alpesh) Patel, Smita (Kirit) Shah, and Mitesh Shah, his grandchildren Krishna (Linda) Shah, Arjun Shah, Zil Shah, Prushti Shah, and Raj Shah, and his great-granddaughter Camellia Shah. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sulochanaben Shah, and his parents Nathalal and Taraben Shah.
A funeral Puja and viewing will be held at the Ruby Memorial Funeral Home, 2050 Rt. 130, North Brunswick, New Jersey, 08902, on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 9:30 am EST. This will be followed by last rites and cremation at Franklin Memorial Park, 1800 New Jersey 27, North Brunswick Township, New Jersey, 08902, at 11:45 am EST.
