Jaime fue un hombre muy humilde, muy trabajador, cariñoso y sobre todo siempre le gusto ayudar a mucha jente. Para Jaime su prioridad siempre fue ayudar a su familia. Le gustava mucho convivir con sus tios, tías, primas, primos, sobrinos, sobrinas y amistades.
A Jaime le sobreviven su madre, Victoria Rojo Pérez; hermanas, Delia García y su esposo, Ramiro Rodarte, Ema García y su esposo, Adrián Ramírez, Yesenia García, Blanca Maribel García y su esposo, Iván Caldera; hermanos, Martín García y esposa, Daria Oliveros, Samuel García, Joel García y esposa, Zury; así como numerosas sobrinas y sobrinos.
Jaime es precedido en la muerte por su padre, Elpidio García Carrillo.
Los portadores del féretro serán Manuel Rojo, Juan García, Rito Rodarte, Ismael Marine, Mario Fuentes y Félix Venegas. Los portadores honorarios del féretro son Martín García, Martín García, Jr. y Mario García.
