Jaison Cushman Obituary

Jaison was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing and four-wheeling. He took great pride in caring for his family and the home they lived in, whether it was tinkering with projects in the garage or riding his lawnmower around his pristine yard. Once Zander became old enough, father/son bowling time became a favorite activity. Jaison knew how important it was to live his life to the fullest.
He grew up with a spirit of resilience that carried him through years of health challenges. From the age of 11, he faced chronic health issues and underwent numerous surgeries, but he never let that hold him back. He worked tirelessly for nearly 30 years as a foreman at Tambe Electric. He considered those at Tambe to be his second family and truly valued his time there.
Jaison will be truly missed by all who loved him. He is survived by his wife, together 18 years, Lindsay Cushman; children, Samantha Beh and Zander Cushman; siblings: Kristin (Steve) Gordon and Jaime (Amber) Cushman, Jennifer (Fernando) Fiore, and Michael Miller; father, Jim (Diane) Cushman; mother, Judy (Randy) Miller; in-laws, Gregory & Roberta King; nieces and nephews: Cory (Kierstin) Baker, Justin Baker, Haleigh Cushman, Noah Taylor, Ayden Demay, and Joyelle Cushman; many great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as his beloved dogs, Harley and Buff. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Tammy (Brian) Baker.
Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service to be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 9, 2025, with Calling Hours to follow from 12Noon – 3:00 PM, all held at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. 3325 Winton Road South, Rochester NY 14623. https://www.hdezwebcast.com/show/jaison-cushman-funeral-service
