Jake Seco Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Magner Funeral Home, Inc. - Norwalk on Mar. 5, 2026.
Jake Seco, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 22. Jake was a bright light in the lives of those who knew and loved him. Jake lived a life with purpose and took care of other people's needs before his own. Known for his kind heart, loyal spirit, and the way he made people laugh, Jake brought warmth and joy wherever he went.

Born on August 18, 2003, Jake grew up surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He shared a special bond with his parents, Barbara and Raymond Seco, who cherished him deeply and were endlessly proud of the young man he became. Jake was also a devoted brother to his sister, Samantha, who will forever hold his memory close to her heart.

Jake will be remembered for his caring nature, his strength, and the love he gave so freely to those around him. His presence made a lasting impact, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, teammates, and everyone fortunate enough to know him. His teammates remember him for his dedication, sportsmanship, and the way he lifted everyone around him. On the field, Jake was known for his determination and loyalty to his team.

He is survived by his loving parents, Barbara and Raymond, and his sister, Samantha. Along with his aunts, uncles, cousins, grandmother and dear friends who will miss him beyond words. Graduated from Brien McMahon High School in 2021 and was attending Southern Connecticut University where he was pursuing his degree to become a physical education teacher. Jake's life, though far too short, was filled with love, laughter, and moments that will never be forgotten. His family takes comfort in knowing his spirit will always remain with them.

There will be a visitation on Friday March 13, 2026 from 2-8 pm at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave. Norwalk, CT.
