James Albin Obituary
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, January 24, 2026, at The Holmes House located on the Goodman Campus of Holmes Community College.
He is survived by his wife Pasty Albin; daughters Josie Bain (Robert) and Neicy Hill (Snooky); sisters Mary Kathryn Young and Cindy Bailey; grandchildren Kelly Strider (Cody), Cole Johnson (Amanda), Kati Davis (Jacob), Kyle Bain (Jeana), and Chase Hill; and great-grandchildren Mary Claire, Cooper, Connor, Avery, and Ansley Kate.
Hop was a member of Goodman United Methodist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge of Goodman (489) and Lexington (24) and had served in the National Guard. He had previously owned and operated Albin's Furniture and Appliance where he retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents H L and Kate Helen Chapman Albin and his sister Linda Multer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to be made to Browning Hillcrest Cemetery, PO Box 143, Goodman, MS 39079
