In addition to his mother, Jerry is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sarah Ballard; "brothers" Buddy and Harold Ballard; son, Kevin Ballard; step-granddaughter, Campbell Elisabeth Williams; and stepson, Donald R. Williams.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Carolyn E. Ballard; daughter, Tina L. Ballard Slack; niece, Kathy (Bob) Dabney; stepsons, John C. Williams and Scott A. Williams (Winnie); and step-grandson, Ezekiel Williams.
Per Jerry's wishes, he will be cremated, and no services will be held at this time.
