Obituary published on Legacy.com by Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel - Warren on May 27, 2024.
James (Jim) Alan Beedle, 63, left this world to be with Jesus on May 23, 2024 in the arms of his wife and surrounded by the love of his 5 children. Jim was born on September 27, 1960 in
Newport, RI. His parents Marie and Glen Hayes went on to raise him in
Windham, Ohio.
He fiercely loved his family and fulfilling the roles of husband, big brother, dad and dadoo/grampy. Everything he accomplished in life, was done with the goal of providing for his family.
Jim served in the US Army, worked many jobs but in the 90's, owned and operated Pagelink. He later went on to work at the Warren post office. Once retired you could find him spending time with everyone he loved, his children, siblings, his grand babies or taking road trips with his wife.
Jim was a living miracle with over 34 years of sobriety. He was a servant and advocate in and out of the rooms of N.A. He loved with his whole heart, never met a stranger he didn't make a friend and had a calling for the broken.
In addition to the miracle of recovery, Jim also received the gift of life through organ donation. It was through another family's selfless act that Jim received a double lung transplant. Years later, he received a kidney donation from a living donor. Both transplants allowed Jim to spend another 7.5 years with his family.
Jim loved to travel and had a passion for selling Cleveland sports gear. This trade and passion was one he learned from his beloved friend Lee and one he would happily share with anyone willing to join him on game day!
Jim leaves behind his wife of over 30 years, Renee (Tokay), of
Rock Hill, SC, his children:
Kristin (Scott) Dickerson of
Stow, OH, James Beedle of
Denver, CO, Elizabeth Beedle of
Denver, CO, Sabrina (Brant) Bolen of Ashland, OH, Pamela (Joel) Reyes of Concord, NC and Matthew Beedle (Dominique Digiacamo) of
Toledo, OH, his father Glen Hayes of
Windham, OH, mother-in-law, Pamela Tokay of
