Mr. James Neal Bowling

Mr. James Neal Bowling, age 59, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
He was born on December 15, 1965 in Villa Rica, Georgia to Mr. Arlie Bowling, Sr. and Mrs. Catherine Louise Winters Greene. He worked as a truck driver for his own trucking company. Neal was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He loved music of all types, NASCAR especially Dale Earnhart, Sr., fishing, and working in the yard. He loved his children dearly. Neal was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his son, Dustin Bowling; biological father, Arlie Bowling, Sr.; mother, Catherine Louise Winters Greene; dad, Jimmy Greene; siblings, Arlie Bowling, Jr., Cynthia Wellham, and Charlotte Bowling Greene.
Neal is survived by his children, Craig Pace (Amanda), Leah Bridges, Kayla Bowling (Christian Rivera), Catherine Bowling (Tommy Galvanauskas), Dakota Stahl, and Henslee Carter; grandchildren, Lillian, Bryson, Nolan, Charlotte, Jace, Ryder, Sophia, Christian, Levi, and Brenton; brother, Jeff Bowling; many nieces and nephews and cousins; extended family and friends.
Funeral Services for Mr. James Neal Bowling will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for Neal will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. and on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 12 P.M. until the time of the service at 2 P.M. All visitation will be held at Benson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to help cover the costs of the funeral.
