James Breier Obituary

James is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dawn (Sponseller) Breier; daughters, Jami Graves, Kristi Evans and Lanni Breier; grandchildren, Andrue, Abbi, Megan, Madison, Graci and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William Breier; mother, Mary Breier and brother, William "Billy" Breier.
James was a United States Army Veteran. He retired from Midwest Steel after 40 years of service. James enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking, and his yearly fish fry with friends and family. To say he was a Cubs fan is an understatement, as he would never miss a game on television. James was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Celebration of Life to be held on June 7, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at VFW Post 2511, 1290 Wagner Rd., Porter, IN 46304. Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
