Jerry and I became friends in high school. When visiting Jerry at the Brekke home, Mr. and Mrs Brekke always made me feel welcome. At a young age in my life I noticed that Mr. and Mrs Brekke were wonderful parents to Jim, Jill, Jerry and Jeff. Mr. Brekke always took time to talk to me, to this day I don't remember our conversations, I just remember how he made me feel and I will always be grateful to him for that. I will remember Mr. Brekke as a man of honor and respect - R.I.P.

Your Dad is reunited with beautiful Jean and Christ Jesus. I have so many wonderful memories, laughs and such great respect for your father. He was a one of a kind!! I will always remember his laugh, the card games and camping trips that we all enjoyed. Gods Blessings to all of you.

Scott and I want to send our deepest sympathy to you all. We have a heavy heart today because it's the end of an era. We can take comfort knowing that they are all together now. I remember when Uncle Jim and Aunt Jean would come to visit and stay up for hours just talking and laughing. It was so great that Uncle Jim and dad got to visit before he passed away. I know that meant the world to my dad. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
